Return Policy

No Returns:

We do not accept returns, which means after receiving your items you will not be able to return any items purchased.

Exceptions:

Item is missing, damaged or wrong item was sent out to shipping location, and one must provide proof of missing, damaged or wrong item with images or video along with proof of purchase and must be submitted within 1 day after product was received to our contact email at Contact@montoyacompany.com, failing to provide evidence will result in a return not being submitted.

We also do not buy back any items that was purchased through us or any other jewelry department that was purchased outside of Montoya Company.

Custom items are no exceptions either.
